PHASE I. Setting the Foundation
Includes the project kickoff, community interviews, a public questionnaire and public meetings. The goal of the first phase is to identify challenges, opportunities, and values.
PHASE II. Defining the Direction
Includes community workshops and two public questionnaires. This phase will move Alamosa County Forward in a direction defined by the community.
PHASE III. Realizing the Plan
Includes drafting the updated Alamosa County Comprehensive Plan. This phase will invite the community to review the draft plan before adoption.
